Card and Combat is free
Card and Combat, operated by james chalk, is provided free of charge. We do not sell products, subscriptions, coins or any other virtual items, and we do not take payments from users. Because nothing is ever charged, there is nothing to refund.
If you think you were charged
If you ever see a charge that appears to come from Card and Combat, it was not authorised by us. Email support@cardandcombat.com with the details and we will investigate and help you get any such charge reversed in full. We will always return money taken in error.
In-game items
PokéCoins, pack tickets, Poké Balls and cards are earned by playing. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, traded for cash or transferred off the service, and cannot be redeemed for money. See our Pricing page and Terms & Conditions.
